In just 8 weeks, Stamford American International School’s creative team went from playing it safe to confidently presenting ideas and collaborating, producing purposeful and high-impact work for their school.

During a 6-week performance management probation, a mid-level creative rebuilt their confidence, re-engaged with their team, and became a trusted creative collaborator.

By the time I stepped in, this creative had been through two managers, been performance managed twice, and was facing being let go if they didn’t drastically change.

They had extremely low motivation, were missing deadlines, handing over incomplete work, and avoiding communication.
